Are your products vegan?
Yes, all THE RETREAT products are suitable for vegans.
Do you test your products on animals?
THE RETREAT products are all cruelty free. No ingredients or final products have been tested on animals.
Where are your products made?
THE RETREAT products are all developed and manufactured in England, UK.
What are the benefits of the Rose and Clear Quartz crystal blend?
Approved by Ecocert Greenlife, our unique Crystal blend contains Rose and Clear Quartz to promote self-love and balance the mind.
Rose Quartz is often referred to as the heart stone, known to bring positivity and infuse your world with self-care.
Clear Quartz is known to protect you from negative energy, boosting your optimism and amplifying your energy.

Can I use THE RETREAT products if I have sensitive skin?
THE RETREAT products are all dermatologist tested and approved. Our products are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We advise customers with extremely sensitive skin to conduct a patch test 48 hours prior to use if you are using the products for the first time or if you have not used our products for a while.
If you are unsure, we would recommend consulting your GP before adding any products into your routine.
Are your products safe to use if I am pregnant or if I am breastfeeding?
Yes, all THE RETREAT products are safe to use if you are pregnant or if you are breastfeeding. As they all contain an essential oil blend (except the RESTORING Multi-Purpose Balm), we would always advocate that you avoid any doubt by speaking with your GP or midwife if unsure.
ORDERS & RETURNS
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders will be dispatched on the next working day following receipt. For example, all orders placed on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

How much does delivery cost?
THE RETREAT is pleased to offer FREE standard delivery for all UK orders over £35.00 Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail.
For orders under £35.00 delivery will be calculated at checkout.
We offer UK Next Day delivery for a set fee of £7.99 per order via our courier service.
International orders are sent via the courier selected. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of products ordered. The shipping time depends on the shipment location. Details will be displayed prior to checkout.

How do I return a product?
We want our customers to love our products but if you do need to return an order please email: hello@theretreatengland.com with your order number and we will be happy to help.
You have the right to return an item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
We can only accept returns of products that were originally purchased from us. The original order details will be required.
