The Retreat is pleased to offer FREE standard delivery for all UK orders over £30.00 Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail.

For orders under £30.00 delivery will be calculated at checkout.

We offer UK Next Day delivery for a set fee of £7.99 per order via our courier service.

International orders are sent via the courier selected.  Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of products ordered. The shipping time depends on the shipment location. Details will be displayed prior to checkout.

You have the right to return an item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

We can only accept returns of products that were originally purchased from us. The original order details will be required.

All orders will be dispatched on the next working day following receipt. For example, all orders placed on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
