Standard Delivery (UK):
Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Service. The cost for this delivery method is £3.20.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK):
For orders placed before 1pm, courier deliveries are guaranteed the next working day following dispatch (excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands). Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. This service is available for a flat rate of £7.99 per order (if the order total is under £30). Please note that this service is not available in Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, where delivery will take 2-3 working days. Orders over 2kg will be automatically processed using this delivery method.

International Delivery (Rest of the World):
International parcels will be sent via the courier selected. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered, and the shipping time depends on the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed clearly before completing the checkout process.

Please note that these amounts are estimates; the exact amount will be calculated at checkout once the address has been inputted and may vary by location.

DELIVERY METHODS EXPLAINED

UK

Royal Mail: Parcels sent using our Standard method will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Service.

Courier: Parcels sent using our Next Day method are guaranteed for delivery on the next working day following dispatch. Our courier service is priced at a set fee of £7.99 per order. Our next day service excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, which take 2-3 working days. All orders over 2kg will be automatically processed using this method.

Rest of the World

International orders will be sent via the courier selected. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of products ordered, and the shipping time depends on the location, but these are clearly displayed prior to checkout.

All orders will be dispatched on the next working day following receipt. For example, all orders placed on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
