ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. We accept payment by most major credit, debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

THE RETREAT takes great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so prices from a previous order may no longer be valid. However, the correct prices will be shown on our site. All prices include VAT where appropriate.

THE RETREAT cannot publish comments that include; inappropriate language, information about other companies, comments unrelated to the product being reviewed and/or any personal details. All reviews and comments are approved by a member of the team before posting, any that are inappropriate, or offensive will not be approved and/or will be removed. Any comments deemed to defame, abuse, harass, stalk or threaten will also not be published. In order to leave a fair review, customers must have purchased the product they're commenting on, no views may be speculative, or based purely on the website look of the product.
